Mark Bixby | The Places You’ll Go
About:
In February 05, 2006, Mark Bixby was featured on DWB. Mark came in beautifully, and from the looks of the cities he’s listed in The Places You’ll Go, he’s continued to do well.
Congrats Mark, it was obvious from first glance that you are one to watch!

I enjoy a good meme. And as I also love to travel, below are my events for 2006 (not counting places I was only passing through).
Meme | A Year In Travel: 2006
Hong Kong, China
Mumbai, India
London, UK *
Cardiff, UK
Exeter, UK *
Seattle, US *
Marysville, US *
Phuket, Thailand
Panaga, Brunei Darussalam
Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei *
* = multiple times
My list is not terribly long. In defense, here and there I have made up for it (at times) in air miles. Twelve and thirteen hour flights are tedious, but necessary if I’m to get to the West from the South East.
My schedule for 2007 is heating up to be a fine year of travel. In the first half I’ve sorted out tickets for Cambodia (where I’ll finally get to see Angkor Wat), the UK (three times) and the US.
Air times will again be an issue. The May/June trip alone is insane.
Just compiling the schedule below made my butt hurt.
Bangkok – London (12+ hrs)
London – Exeter, Devon (3+ hrs)
Exeter – Bristol, Summerset (1.5 hrs)
Bristol – Inverness, Scotland (1.5 hrs)
Inverness – Ullapool, Scotland (2ish hrs)
Ullapool – Inverness, Scotland (2ish hrs)
Scotland – Bristol, Summerset (1.5 hrs)
Bristol – Exeter, Devon (1.5 hrs)
Exeter – London (3+ hrs)
London – Seattle, WA (9+ hrs)
Seattle – Marysville, WA (2? hrs)
Marysville – Seattle, WA (2? hrs)

Marysville – Seattle, WA (2? hrs)
Seattle – London (9+ hrs)
London – Bangkok (12+ hrs)
Time line? I leave May 12, return June 7. Time in transit? Not including time in airports, almost 70 hours. Insane? Maybe, but I have a lifetime to celebrate, so what’s a few hours here and there?
Getting back to the subject of memes, if you have a blog discussing marketing, you may have a chance add to the New and Improving Z List at squidoo.
Here’s to an interesting (but not too much) year in 2007 to all!
