Watchtan is an attractively designed, nicely written, comfy blog.
Brian, the host of Watchtan, is one of the lucky guys who attended SXSW, along with Mark Bixby. For those unfamiliar with SXSW, check it out at 2006.sxsw.com.
Brian has (had) an interesting post, Building an Un-Company, where he described getting together with other designers of various skills to collaborate on projects. It’s exactly what I’ve been doing on and off for the past several years. Being able to hand over parts of a project freed me up for doing other things I love. Such as focusing on the design industry with Proscodi, just recently the NO!SPEC Campaign, and further back, the LogoWorks saga.
