Thanks to Jeff Andrews and Sugar Frosted Goodness, I can feature Elwood H. Smith on Jeff’s blog.
Elwood, just so you know, The Truth About Poop is one of the first books I bought my first grand daughter. It shocked and ticked my son to no end. Yup, he’s had a strange view of how this nanny would act. [deep sigh] I’ll do my best to change his nanny view.

I’ve always enjoyed seeing artist’s sketches, especially ones created for an assignment. With that in mind, I’m showing my finished sketch for a book I did for Viking entitled “The Truth About Poop”. I’ll try to keep all my rough sketches on an upcoming job and show the entire process if anyone’s interested. I’d love to see other artist’s approaches, as well. -Elwood

You know, I try to get you in as often as I can.
Excellent on Elwood’s blog. I went to his site but there was no reference to a blog, or Drawger for that matter. No mention on the articles either.
You know, I featured Drawger just this week. I checked around but it was one of those time strapped posts. My bad. Next week I’ll do a proper feature of Elwood.
