The world would be a better place if, instead of resolving to improve ourselves or ‘fix’ ourselves, we all resolved to accept ourselves exactly as we are. Okay? Let’s do this thing! and I have a friend who’s one of these damn do-gooders, and she makes me do awful things. But everyone should have one friend like that. It builds character.
