Stefan Bean, Mandy Freshhour and Rhaya Shilts
About:
After seeing many successful design firms moving into the blog category, Bean decided it was time to make the switch. After going through their flash phase and really returning no quantifiable results, the blog seemed like the answer, higher page rankings and visitors finding us through links and articles from other sites and points of interest would surely lead us to some possibly untapped cliental. And it has delivered.
But finding new business wasn’t the only reason Bean went blog, their true motive was to be able to begin to express their insights on the market, how they perceived design, and subsequently branding, was making an impact and allowing the blog to act as a conduit for educating the world about the importance of great design as a part of a businesses strategy for growth.
Not only that, but they still get to have the freedom to share more obscure links and other nonsense that reflects their serious yet sarcastic personalities.
The blog is to inform and to give visitors a distraction from the every day tasks. And it has been pretty successful so far.
